Job hunting has not changed over the years but the way we job hunt may appear different. Technological advances make looking for a job and applying to a job either easier or harder for some. The underlying goal of job hunting is to obtain a job interview. Somewhat sounds like dating right?

Comparing job-hunting and dating is funny to think about, but it's true. You have to ask yourself two main questions for both which are, "Do you like me?" and "Do I like you?". You have to make sure the employer likes you enough to hire you but you also have to make sure that you like the employer. This last part is highly important for everyone, you shouldn't settle for something that you are not going to enjoy.
