When analyzing google analytics are session and bounce rate. Sessions refer to those who spent time on your blog or website. They click through and go to more pages inside but thats the opposite with bounce rate. Your bounce rate shows the amount of people who just go to your site and click out of it.

Looking at trends 

An example of a trend would be inside Blogger. Reaching this feature you would go to Blogger>Stats>Overview.
