MKTG 347- Week 7- LinkedIn

Everyone knows how to create a resume and is what businesses look at when they hire you. Nowadays they will google you to see what comes up with your name but another place they look at for your online presence is LinkedIn. This can be a great tool to use with your resume.

LinkedIn is a online tool like many other social media outlets but this one focuses on the business side. You create a profile to highlight your career and interests. Another great thing about LinkedIn is the fact you can see what companies are doing. You can connect with other people from that company as well. It's a great tool to network you way into a company or even to just see what skills they have.

LinkedIn is something I feel everyone should have because it gives you insights of what companies are doing. It's a way to connect on social media which is growing rapidly and a way for companies to better see your accomplishments.

TIP: Post your work you've been doing. My example is my blog because I've had it for 3 classes and it's all in one place. It's easy for people to find and see what my thoughts are behind the topics that we are taught each week.
